OWNER

Jonathan Vincent has been a builder for 23 years. He is one of those lucky people who can’t wait to go to work everyday. He is a natural born problem solver and energized by the creativity of construction.

Jonathan loves to escape to the warm carribbean waters. But the mountains of Idaho have always been his home. Fishing and camping with his brothers and their sons on the annual "Boys trip" is the highlight of the year.

Gate City Builders is a company of family and friends. Jonathan has loyal employees who have been by his side for over 18 years. They build dream homes and can't wait to help create yours.

I have lived in southern Idaho all my life. I was born and raised in Burley and have lived in Pocatello for 20 years. I have travelled all over the world but the mountains are home. My husband is a home builder and has owned Gate City Builders since 1998. Because of that I have relationships with other contractors, lenders, appraisers etc. I would love to help you buy, sell, or build your home.

DESIGN COORDINATOR

Tenille was born and raised in Southeast Idaho and now is raising her own family in the area that she loves! Her passion for the design industry started as a young child. Growing up, she could often be found giving various spaces of her parents home a "refresh". She has a experience in graphic design, interior design and home staging.

Tenille guides our clients through every phase of the design process while building a new home. She is skilled at creating beautiful designs under a variety of budgets, styles, timeframes and requirements. She oversees the complete design development of each of the homes built by Gate City Builders. Her favorite part of her job is "watching houses turn to homes" as she helps homeowners select various finishes for their homes.

In her free time, she enjoys cheering on her kids at various sporting events, listening to a good audible book, and taking family vacations!

PROJECT MANAGER

Bradley Vernon Merzlock started working for Gate City Builders in 2006 as an all around contractor specializing in trim carpentry. Love the outdoors and most sports with a passion for disc golf. Building is my jam.

OFFICE MANAGER

Hi! My name is Megan Suchan (soo-can.) I have been the Office Manager for Gate City Builders since 2017. It has been a pleasure to see the company grow and transform into what it is today. I get to work with our amazing subcontractors, receive and pay invoices and keep us organized. Organizing and creating processes to make things more efficient is fun for me…like, I do it in my spare time. hA! I love family time, flowers, tennis, the color yellow, hiking and sunshine!
